This is a project created for a 4 week 3D Modeling and Animation course at the New York Film Academy. I had to learn how to use Maya, how to 3D model, and how to animate with a 3D program, all in 4 weeks. My next 3D animation will be much longer and better.

This is actually a private joke. A person on a web board that I used to post messages on used the identity "Monkspace". Over time he wound up posting images of himself, and sound clips he made. I used them to make fun of him (in a friendly way) by animating his head to match his voice clips. I mean, Hey... what self respecting animator could pass up an opportunity like that? I don't think he ever actually watched the final cartoon.

This is an animated music video for the song "Jesus was way cool" by King Missile.
The style of the song seemed to call for a "slide show" style presentation, but there were a few spots that needed more movement.

This is a final project for my Senior Studio course in College. I had never made a stop-motion animation before and had just discovered that my Powermac 8100 had that capability. I had to reduce the frame rate of this cartoon for file size reasons, otherwise it would require a broadband connection for most people to download it. The original is much smoother, but this should be enough to get the point across.

This is another College project, but this was for a basic computer course.
We were supposed to just make an advertisement for a product, but I thought a commercial would be more fun.

This was one of many small animations done for a computer animation course in College.
Although I made this during a class, I think I just did it for the fun of it. It doesn't seem like it was an assignment.
